1. Making your booking

Payment must be made as set out under Booking Information. If we do not receive all payments due (including any surcharge where applicable) in full and on time, we are entitled to assume that you wish to cancel your booking. In this case, we will be entitled to keep all payments paid or due at that date. If we do not cancel straight away because you have promised to make payment, you must pay the cancellation charges shown in “Cancellation policy” terms depending on the date we reasonably treat your booking as cancelled. If you make your reservation through a travel agent we shall address all communication to the agent.Payment must be made as set out under Booking Information. To confirm a booking, the lead passenger must complete on-line booking process at Bio Konavle turizam d.o.o. website for any activity and service mentiones on our website and agreeing to be bound by our Booking Conditions. He/she must be authorised to make the booking on the basis of these Booking Conditions by all persons named on the booking and their parent or guardian for all party members who are under 18 when the booking is made. By accepting the booking conditions, the lead passenger confirms that he/she is so authorised and that all party members agree to be bound by these Booking Conditions. He/she must also arrange for all party members or their parent or guardian where the party member is under 18 to complete and sign our personal details form confirming they agree to be bound by our Booking Conditions. The lead passenger is responsible for making all payments due to us as set out in more detail in clause 2 below. No variation of these Conditions may be made unless this is done in writing by one of our directors.


Once we have received the lead passenger’s booking for horseback riding, biking, yoga, mini golf, or any other service or activity mentioned on our website, provided by Bio Konavle turizam d.o.o. and all appropriate payments, we will, subject to availability, confirm your tour by issuing a booking confirmation (by e-mail). This confirmation will be sent to the lead passenger. Our contract for the tour is with the lead passenger. Please check this invoice carefully as soon as the lead passenger receives it. Contact us immediately if any information which appears on the confirmation or any other document appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later. We regret we cannot accept any liability if we are not notified of any inaccuracy in any document within 14 days of our sending it out. We will do our best to rectify any mistake notified to us outside these time limits but the lead passenger must meet any costs involved in doing so. The only exception to this requirement to meet any costs is where the mistake in question was made by us and there is good reason why the lead passenger did not tell us about it within these time limits.

2. Payment

3. Cancelation Policy

About any cancellation of the entire booking or by any member of the party, you must advise Bio Konavle turizam d.o.o. in writing by the lead passenger from e-mail which was represented in ordering process. The date on which the email is received by us will determine the cancellation charges applicable. Cancellation charges will be calculated as follows and are expressed as a percentage of the booking prepayment amount:
In case the customer cancels his tour/rental up to 30 days before, we’ll refund 80% of the total amount.
In case the customer cancels his tour/rental up to 7 days before, we’ll refund 50% of the total amount.
In case the customer cancels his tour/rental less than 7 days before or in case of no show, there will be no refund.
If a scheduled experience is canceled due to poor weather conditions such as heavy rain, customers may reschedule their booking for another date.

4. Special Requests and medical problems / disabilities

If you have a special request, you should inform us of it in writing at the time of booking. For your own protection, you should obtain confirmation in writing from us that your request will be complied with (where it is possible for us to give this) if your request is important to you. Unless and until specifically confirmed, all special requests are subject to availability.


If any party member has any medical problem or disability which may affect participating in our activities and services, the lead passenger must tell us before he/she confirms your booking so that we can advise as to the suitability of the chosen arrangements. In any event, the lead passenger must give us full details in writing at the time of booking. You must also notify us of any changes or deterioration in the disability or medical condition or development of any disability or medical condition after booking.


In view of the nature of the activities mentioned on this, we regret we must reserve the right to decline any booking or cancel (in the event of the development, deterioration or change of any disability or medical condition occurring after confirmation) whenever we reasonably feel unable to accommodate the needs or restrictions of any particular client or where, in our reasonable opinion, the medical condition or disability of the client concerned is likely to have a significant adverse effect on other clients taking the same activity. We further reserve the right to cancel any booked activity / experience and impose cancellation charges if we are not fully advised of any relevant disability or medical condition at the time the booking is made and/or promptly notified of any development, change or deterioration occurring after booking. On occasions, the decision to cancel can only be made at the time the person concerned joins the activitiy as it may only be apparent at this stage that their disability or medical condition cannot be accommodated. Any client affected by a disability or medical condition must ensure they have notified this to their travel insurers and that their travel insurance will cover it. As it is a condition of booking that all clients have adequate and appropriate travel insurance, we are entitled to insist on evidence that the disability or medical condition is covered.

5. Insurance

It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that he/she has all the relevant travel documentation and arrives at the airport in time. We recommend that all participants have adequate travel, cancellation and medical insurance for the duration of the trip. The Service Provider can accept no responsibility for delay or cancellation of any flights, train, buses or other forms of transport. The participant must ensure that he/she is medically and physically fit and able to use our facilities and participate in activities. Participants who have injuries or illnesses are advised to seek doctor’s advice before participating in any of our services. The Service Provider is not liable for any injuries to the participant in his/her use of our facilities or participation in activities.

6. Passports, visas, permits, certificates and health

All members of the party must be in possession of a valid passport and all visas, permits and certificates, including medical certificates required for the whole of the horseback riding, biking, mini golf or yoga experience provided at Bio Konavle. It is your responsibility to obtain these unless you are expressly advised otherwise by us. All information and advice given by us on visas, vaccinations, climate, clothing, baggage, special equipment etc. is given in good faith. The lead passenger must ensure that all members of the party are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure. All costs incurred in obtaining such documentation must be paid by you. We regret we cannot accept any liability if you or any member of your party are refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failure on your part to carry correct documentation.

If you or any member of your party is not a European Union (EU) citizen or holds a non-EU passport, you must check passport and visa requirements with the Embassy or Consulate of the country(ies) to or through which you are intending to travel. If failure to have any necessary travel or other documents results to fines, surcharges or other financial penalty being imposed on us, you will be responsible for reimbursing us accordingly. If any member of the party does not have a passport or will need to renew it prior to departure, they are recommended to apply at least 3 months in advance.
Requirements may change and you must check the up to date position in good time before departure with the Embassy or consulate of the country(ies) you are travelling through and to. All members of the party should obtain an EHIC (European Health Insurance Card) prior to departure.

7. Minimum Numbers

Some horseback riding experiences featured in this website could require a minimum number of participants before we can operate them. The applicable minimum number depends on various factors and varies. We promise to advise you no later than 6 weeks prior to departure if we have to cancel the experience due to lack of numbers.

8. Photography

Bio Koavle d.o.o. may wish to use photographs or film taken during your stay at Bio Konavle ranch to promote the experience on our website or publications. If you are opposed to this, please let us know at time of booking or before starting your activities including horseback riding, biking, mini golf or yoga at Bio Konavle turizam d.o.o.

9. Riding Ability

The Traveler(s) must disclose accurate information on their riding ability with their reservation of horseback riding . The wrangler has full authority to exclude a rider from the trip for inability to ride according to the riding level indicated for the tour or behavior which endangers the other riders or horses. No refunds will be made under these circumstances.

10. Liability

Bio Konavle turizam d.o.o. does not carry liability insurance and cannot assume any responsibility for accidents whether caused by your fault, the horses, equipment, guide, or other persons while participating in activities provided on Bio Konavle ranch. You participate at your own risk. Changes may not be made to the indemnity agreement unless you receive prior authorization from us in writing. Bio Konavle d.o.o. assumes no responsibility for actions or omissions by carriers, organizers, hotels, etc. Bio Konavle turizam d.o.o. assumes no responsibility for actions or omissions by any contractor or other persons. The Traveler agrees that Bio Konavle d.o.o. in any case shall not be liable or responsible for death, personal injury, loss or damage of any nature to the Traveler or any personal property or baggage of the Traveler, or for any cause that directly or indirectly relates to the activities, including transportation arrangements to and from the activity, for any reason or cause whatsoever.


Horse riding is a risk sport and handling horses can be potentially dangerous. We take great care to ensure that all of our horses are well trained and reliable, but they are hired to the rider with the clear understanding that YOU RIDE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Bookings are accepted on the basis that riders do not suffer from any illness or disability which could prejudice their safety on horseback.


Everyone participating in activities including biking please also read terms and conditions provided from our partner DU TOUR. Everyone participating in mini golf activities please use all the equipement carefully, any damage will be covered from your side and participating in this activity is entirely on your own risk.
